Several of you asked about how I make the pumpkin seeds, so I wanted to do a quick post for you. This will not take much time at all!
Mix together:
1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Dill Weed
*If you want a little spice add 1/2 to 1 tsp.{depending on how hot you like it!} cayenne pepper*
-In a small bowl, pour mixture over the seeds, cover and put in the frig. for a few hours.
-Drain off all liquid.
-Spread the seeds out on a cookie sheet with an edge, or a 13x9 baking pan.
-Sprinkle Lawry's Season Salt over the top of the seeds.
-Put a dallop{hopefully you know what this means!} of butter on the seeds in several places.
-Bake in oven on 350 till they are nice and lightly golden brown!
****While they are baking, use a spatula and mix them around a few times to get the buter spread throughout and to keep them from sticking to the pan!****
And for those of you who want to know what to do with the rest of the "guts" from your pumpkins, you can puree them to make pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, or pumpkin muffins!

Oooo this is so yummy! Thanks for the recipe! When you are sorting your seeds, do you have any tricks to do it quickly? Or do you just have to pick the 'guts' away one seed at a time...
YEAH! I was hoping you would post this!! Thanks. :)
This sounds way better than the way I was going to do it! Thanks love!
thanks girl! yumm-o! :)
What great ideas! All of it sounds so yummy!
Do you have to use the dill weed? I don't think I have any. Will it affect it much?
