 I love that Caroline picked out all the snowgirl {she informed me it was not a boy!} adornments!  The eyes are dried flowers! Hahahaha!

The Life and Times

Caroline went to a birthday party and I of course annoyed all the girls taking pictures!  I wanted to get a few of her and her 1st grade BFF Tatum.  They're so silly together!  It was another jump party and they had so much fun!  I meant to do this post several weeks ago, but just haven't had the time!

 

They had a little accident!  Just a little head/chin bump!  Poor things...

  

All better now!  After having some pizza, cake, ice cream and a sucker!

  

Caroline's cousin Blake has been playing basketball and we've been going to cheer him on!  I had no idea how cute these little guys would be!  I mean, I've sat at countless t-ball and baseball games and knew how cute they are on the field swinging their little hearts out, but I'm not a basketball person, in fact there's not one thing I like about it!  So, I was really shocked at how much fun I've had!  I missed the game this week because I have strep, and even though I had 2 days of antibiotics in me, I didn't want to take the chance and get someone else sick.

  

 

I heard a rumor that this weeks game was a low scoring game, and that our team won by 2 points!  2 points that my sweet nephew Blake scored!  Way to go Blake!  We're so proud of you!

Like I said in my previous post, I've been working on several things!  A custom mailbox for a bride happens to be my favorite!  Such a sweet idea!  Instead of the traditional gift card box/basket, she wanted a new mailbox for her and her soon-to-be hubby!  What a super cute idea!  I was thrilled to work on this!  In fact I have to get it all boxed up and in the mail to her, I plan on getting it to her expectant hands soon!

Another thing I've been working on is building my ETSY store.  I haven't gotten all the photos up yet, but  I got a few listed in the last week.

Okay, I'll try to wrap this up soon!  We went to celebrate another friends birthday and I got a few really cute pics of Caroline and another little sweetie Alyssa.  Let me tell you, those two hammed it up BIG time for the camera!  They were so fun!

10 Days Really?

These long lapses between posts are beginning to get more frequent...I promise I really will try to get better!  I have so much to say, but I just don't have enough time {no comments daddy!}!  Caroline has now lost her top 2 front teeth...ohhhh she's so darn cute!  I remember looking back at pictures of me at that stage and thinking, "aw...poor thing!", but maybe when it's your little one it's cute?  Not really sure, but I could just eat her up!

I've been working on a few custom orders over the past week, and I'll be putting the finishing touches on them tonight!  I love creating things, changing them, making them my own...or your own.  It totally feeds my creativity to sit down with a new project and get it done!

I'll try to catch up over the weekend!

Busy Momma

I've been super busy over the last week!  Getting all sorts of stuff out of the way, getting things ready for the hubby to be gone, and chasing my sweet little darling around!  Here are a few things I've been working on lately.

Love Shack Baby

A few weeks ago we spent a Saturday night celebrating with a huge group of friends.  It was one couples anniversary and a birthday thrown in too!  We all met up to watch more of our friends, who's band {HOT Road Gang...which stands for Heart of TX} was playing at a place just outside of town.  Just a small country band, but fun nonetheless!  We had so much fun having dinner, dancing and singing!

After the band played we headed over to one of our houses for karaoke!  I tell you, we crack ourselves up!  I can't sing to save my life, so they always try to get my up there. But we have so much fun!  Tab and our friend Robert always sing, "Luchenbach Texas", Robert and his wife Lisa always sing, "I Got You Babe".  So much fun!

Amanda decided that she and I had to sing, "Love Shack ".....seriously?  Yep.  She was serious.  So we get up there, and we had such a good time!  Another friend left shortly after our stunning duet {lol!} and then we slowly started to trickle home.  The next day, we all cooked and were getting together to watch the games.  When I got there one of the girls smacked me on the arm.  Huh?  She said, "That's for last night.  You and Amanda kept me up until 5am."  Huh?  We were sound asleep in our beds at 5am!  Then she tells me that every time she would drift off to sleep, she would instantly hear/see us singing "Love Shack", and she couldn't fall asleep!  Amanda, I have chosen to take this as a compliment of the highest regards.
